Get Config
GET/configs/:config_id
Get a config by id (scoped to the API key's project).
A redaction config also carries entity_set: the entities of its
label set, each with the label's description and selected telling
whether the config detects it — enough to render the entity checkboxes
pre-ticked. entity_set is read-only and null when the label set no
longer resolves; other kinds omit it.
